Mr. Arab is the founder of CoGenerate Solar with over 25 years of senior executive experience in management and engineering, 13 of which in solar field. He is the co-founder of Quadra Power Inc., a leading solar EPC company in Eastern Ontario. He also founded 4ads Inc., an online marketplace, in 2000. Ra’ed holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Carleton University.
