Mr. Arab is the founder of CoGenerate Solar with over 20 years of senior executive experience in management and engineering. He served as CEO of Quadra Systems Corporation, a software technologies company, for the past 7 years. He also founded 4ads Inc., an online marketplace, in 2000. Ra’ed also worked in lead positions at CGI, Sympatico, SHL System House, Nortel and Lockheed. Mr. Arab holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Carleton University.

BRUNO ROCHA
More than 20 years of experience in industry, in design, production, management, R&D, and teaching. Bruno has worked in the automotive and anti-corrosion industries, and has managed companies, business units and projects, while managing teams of more than 200 members in different locations. He was a researcher for the NRC and NASA and has participated in several worldwide renowned scientific projects, scientific groups, committees and institutions (such as NATO). Bruno has more than 50 publications. He currently teaches at Algonquin College, having taught previously at the University of Victoria. Bruno holds a Ph.D. and a B.Sc. in Aerospace Engineering.

RICK FINDLAY
Mr. Findlay has been consulting in the environment and recycling sectors for over 25 years across Canada and internationally. This has included strategy, organization design, processing design, technology development, and financial management. From 2012 to 2014 he was Director of Oversight and Operations for the Province of Ontario’s waste diversion programs, including batteries. Mr. Findlay is currently chief executive officer of LINCit, a firm that focusses on scaling up clean technology ventures. He has previously started a few other firms, two being in environmental management and medical technology. He also co-founded and built an international consulting firm, PSTG Consulting, advising small to global companies across a variety of sectors, and local to national governments. Mr. Findlay is a Certified Management Consultant, with a Bachelor in Industrial Engineering and a Master of Business Administration.
ABE DYCK
Abe Dyck brings extensive experience in business development in the energy sector. He served in many capacities, including strategy and board director.
He is a graduate in Civil Engineering Technology from Seneca Collage and Project Management from Schulick School of Business – York University.
CLAUDE HAW
Claude is President of Venture Coaches, an investment and management consulting firm, and Executive Leader, Strategy & Governance at Business Sherpa Group. He serves on the Boards of VigilantCS, Portia International, Mindtrust and PSHSA. He has more than 40 years in a variety of technical, general management and investment roles in the technology and not-for-profit sectors.
Claude is also founder and President of Mindtrust Inc., a not-for-profit corporation which focuses on youth leadership development. Claude attained ICD.D certification and received the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee medal in 2012. In 2013. From 2009 to 2011, Claude was President and CEO, OCRI (now Invest Ottawa), Ottawa’s economic development corporation for the advancement of the regions globally competitive knowledge-based institutions and industries. Prior to Venture Coaches, Claude held executive positions at Newbridge, including Vice-President of Corporate Business Development. As VP and GM of the ATMnet Business Unit, the unit grew from inception to a $200-million-per-annum business. Before Newbridge, he held senior management positions at Mitel Corporation and Leigh Instruments.
Claude holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Lakehead University. He completed the Canadian Securities Course and is a member of Professional Engineers of Ontario. He has been a guest lecturer at local universities speaking about entrepreneurship, business planning and venture investing. He has completed the Directors Education Program at the Rotman School of Management at University of Toronto and holds ICD.D certification from Institute of Corporate Directors.
JONATHAN WESTEINDE
Jonathan is the founder of Windmill and brings a great deal of experience in corporate strategy, finance and business development as it relates to green development practices. Jonathan has spearheaded a new national consortium that is focused entirely on green building retrofits as part of Ledcor Construction. Prior to founding Windmill, Jonathan was a founding partner of Venbridge, a venture capital services division of Gowlings, one of Canada’s leading law firms. Previously, Jonathan was CEO and founder of LOSC, Inc., a Boston based venture capital firm, and held senior positions with Corel Corporation and Exocom Consulting after completing his MBA.
Jonathan has been actively involved in the evaluation of various innovative technologies and finance structures that enable high performance green buildings to be both innovative and viable. To date, Jonathan has been responsible for the complete oversight of four LEED Platinum mixed-use projects totaling +/- $500M.
PAMELA HENEAULT
Pamela Heneault is the Executive Director of Public Affairs at Rockport Networks. Pamela Heneault brings over 30 years of experience in social policy, innovation policy and programs, children’s health policy and programs, and sustainable development policy and technologies. Pamela brings academic training in business and public administration to clients in public, private and not for profit sectors providing them with policy analysis, strategic counsel, fund development strategies, and outreach programs which contribute to meaningful results. She was Special Advisor to CEO Sustainable Development Technology Canada. Pamela Co-Founded, On Point Advisors an SMEs advisory company. Clients include Solantro Semiconductor Corp, Agrisoma, Rockport Networks, ASE Smart Energy, 1Valet, Giatec Scientific, Stratuscent, Clark Sustainable Resources, Riverside Hospital Shirley Greenberg Women’s Health Centre, Hon. Scott Brison. She was the Principal at PR Heneault and Associates, a firm which provided organizational development and management consulting services to federal departments across Canada. Clients included Environment Canada, Transport, Supply and Services, Foreign Affairs.
